The new tips and video about scammers targeting new payment methods are on Consumer Federation of America website, adding to their arsenal of anti-fraud educational resources (tips are in Consumer Information, scroll down to Video and Audio for video). One of the scenarios they describe in the tips and the video is the sweepstakes/lottery variation of the scam.
