How can I protect the bank and card accounts I access online?
Change your username and password several times per year. Never use variations of your name, children's names, pets' names, birthdate, address, etc. that could be guessed by criminals. Examine your bank's website homepage and login screens carefully. If the look of the site changes, contact the bank by phone before logging in to ask if they have made site changes and to let them know you have concerns.
