I appear in ChexSystems’ database. How can I open a bank account?

If you are on ChexSystem's blacklist, you will remain in their database for five years. You have the right to request your ChexSystems report and dispute or correct any inaccurate information it contains, but accurate negative information is allowed to remain for five years. You can contact ChexSystems at 800-428-9623, or request your report here:
https://www.consumerdebit.com/consumerinfo/us/en/chexsystems/report/index.htm.
