Self-Help for the Elderly
A full range of services for seniors residing in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties, including job training and placement, licensed home care, in-home support, delivered meals, residential care, independent housing, adult day health and Alzheimer’s day care. Nine multi-service centers offer recreational and educational activities. Businesses include home repair, homecare and a domestic employment registry.
A multi-service organization providing programs along a wellness continuum ranging from employment/training and social activities for those who are more independent to in-home assistance and residential board and care to those who are more frail; Self-Help for the Elderly serves over 25,000 seniors each year in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties.
